    Drove 45 minutes to get there (and yes, 45 back) and had an unsuccessful attempt at buying the products I wanted. The sales clerk was unable to use my gift certificate in their computer system despite the fact that it clearly states "for use in retail stores or on line". Since he didn't offer to phone customer service for help, I let another customer go ahead of me and phoned them while in the store and got a very nice CS rep on the phone who verified that my Gift Certificate was valid and showed wide open for use paying for my goods. I passed my cell phone to the Cashier, and together, they were unable to make it work. He told me maybe I should try using the gift certificate on line but that I'd have to pay shipping. I had to leave empty handed after a futile half hour visit and long drive. Too bad Omaha can't get their act together...good quality products but once I use this Gift Certificate I will not return.
